Principal Engineer
Paul is a civil engineer with experience in municipal and private sector development and transportation projects. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His cross-sector background shaped the vision for Redemption Engineering, where he leads with a process-focused approach.
Wally is a seasoned construction executive with decades of experience and over $4 billion in projects under his leadership. For 18 years, he served as Senior Construction Director at Brookfield Properties, overseeing major developments. In 2024, he joined Redemption, bringing his expertise to enhance project execution and mentor future industry leaders.
Julie is a seasoned civil engineer with deep expertise in environmental compliance and waterway/floodplain management. She holds a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s in Engineering Project Management from Northwestern University. Her work in both the private and public sectors brings valuable perspective to every project.

John DUnn III
John brings 30 years of construction experience spanning heavy equipment operations, project management, and inspection. His field expertise provides a practical understanding of constructability, sequencing, quality, and contractor operations. As an inspector, he provides knowledgeable field oversight focused on construction quality, stormwater compliance, and successful project delivery.
Jon is a construction inspector and Resident Project Representative (RPR) with three years of experience on INDOT and City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works projects. His work includes sidewalk, curb and ADA ramp reconstruction, road rehabilitation, and stormwater compliance. As a CESSWI IT and INDOT Stormwater Quality Manager, he combines quality oversight with erosion and sediment control expertise to keep owners informed and contractors on track.
