Paul is a civil engineer with experience in municipal and private sector development and transportation projects. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His cross-sector background shaped the vision for Redemption Engineering, where he leads with a process-focused approach.
Zack is a seasoned construction and stormwater inspector who leads inspection efforts at Redemption. With extensive experience in road rehabilitation, ADA ramp construction, and stormwater quality management, he has contributed to major infrastructure projects across the state.
Julie is a seasoned civil engineer with deep expertise in environmental compliance and waterway/floodplain management. She holds a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s in Engineering Project Management from Northwestern University. Her work in both the private and public sectors brings valuable perspective to every project.
Jimmy’s unique background, starting as an ICU nurse and transitioning into civil infrastructure, brings valuable versatility to the team. He has hands-on experience in surveying, AutoCAD design, and inspecting projects like sidewalks, roadways, and bridges. He also supports scheduling, accounting, and daily operations, contributing both in the field and behind the scenes.
Wally is a seasoned construction executive with decades of experience and over $4 billion in projects under his leadership. For 18 years, he served as Senior Construction Director at Brookfield Properties, overseeing major developments. In 2024, he joined Redemption, bringing his expertise to enhance project execution and mentor future industry leaders.
