    Paul is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in site design, transportation design, contract administration and construction supervision. Paul received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and obtained his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. It is Paul’s experience across sectors of the engineering field that inspired the vision for Redemption Engineering and their unique approach to the construction process. Paul leads project delivery for the company.

  • Lead Inspector

    Zack is a veteran construction and stormwater inspector who leads construction inspection for Redemption. He has experience in road rehabilitation, ADA ramp construction, and stormwater quality management on major projects across the state.
